We are located in Thailand’s Nakhon Ratchasima province, near Khao Yai National Park.
There are multiple options, if you are wondering how to get to Khao Yai from Bangkok. The best option is to have our concierge arrange a taxi or hotel transfer for you. You can also travel from Bangkok to the nearest city, Pak Chong. Riding the train to Pak Chong station can be an exciting adventure. Once you are in Pak Chong, buses and public transport to the Khao Yai region are available.

The answer mostly depends on how you like to relax, and what you enjoy discovering. We recommend wine tasting, shopping, golf, adrenaline activities, and trips to the national park. These are the most famous examples of what to do in Khao Yai. If you’re wondering how to get around in Khao Yai, we offer bicycles, a mechanic, maps and guides.

We offer guided wilderness and cultural tours.

If you’re wondering how to get to Khao Yai National Park, our local experts are ideal guides. They are familiar with the roads, park regulations, regional NGOs, local culture, wildlife habitats, and the best Khao Yai viewpoints and trails.

Our cultural tours explore farms, ranches and orchards, visit nearby communities, and provide a taste of Khao Yai history.

Wildlife certainly tops the list. Encounters with wild elephants are not uncommon along public roads, and rare hornbills are often seen on the grounds of InterContinental Khao Yai Resort. Our in-residence experts are happy to show you around the grounds, and our spa is the perfect way to unwind.
Both valet parking and self parking are available. All parking is free of charge for in-house guests.

We will accomodate late checkouts when possible, but note that they are subject to availability.

We understand the nature of travel, and we do our best to accommodate changing plans. If something comes up, please contact our front desk as soon as possible.

Reservations on rooms may be cut short, though if you depart more than a day before your reservation ends, we charge a fee based on room types.

We do accommodate extra guests in rooms, and we also provide rollaway beds. So if you are looking for where to stay in Khao Yai for a family, we are happy to help.

Extra beds can be added in all room types except Heritage Railcar units, for THB 2500++ per night, including breakfast.

Baby cots are provided free of charge.

All our buildings are 100% smoke-free. Outdoor smoking areas are provided. Please note that smoking inside buildings, or outside designated areas may result in a fine.

Pets are allowed, provided they weigh less than 14 kg (30 lbs). One dog or one cat is the maximum allowed per room. No other types of animals are allowed.

Please note dogs cannot be left alone in rooms, and they are not allowed in some public areas – including restaurants, bars, the gym and the swimming pool. Please contact us directly for more information at +66 (0) 44 082 039.

We only allow dogs or cats that weigh 14 kg or less. One pet per room is allowed in King Classic units. We provide only six pet-friendly rooms per day. Pets should not be left alone in rooms, and cannot be brought to public areas such as restaurants, bars, swimming pool, or the gym.

Kindly inform the resort in advance. When you make a reservation via the hotel’s website, please click “Additional request” and enter the weight and breed of your pet.

A government issued photo ID is required for all guests who will be occupying a room. Payment and deposit (for incidentals) is also required at check-in.
