Terms & Conditions

• Booking must be made at least three (3) days in advance
• No deposit required
• Free Cancellation: Cancellation without charge shall be made 24 hours prior to arrival
• There is a limit of two guests per room in Heritage Railcar 1 Bedroom Suite, Heritage Railcar 1 Bedroom Villa and Heritage Railcar 1 Bedroom Pool Villa and a limit of four guests for Heritage Railcar 2 Bedroom Pool Villa
• Resort credits can be used during your stay for spa service, in-room minibar, in-room dining and at all restaurants including Somying’s Kitchen, Terminus Bar, Poirot, Papillon and Tea Carriage
• All resort credits can be used during your stay only, exclude retail and are non-accumulative
• The resort credit must be used day by day and cannot be split or carried for the following day’s stay or a future stay
• The resort credits are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, void after checkout and cannot be applied toward future stays.
• Any spend exceeds the amount of the resort credit, the balance must be paid upon check-out by guests directly to the resort either in cash, by credit card or other available payment method.
• The offer qualifies for IHG One Reward points but cannot be used in conjunction with any other IHG offer, discount or promotion
• For Thai Resident, the We Travel Together programme applied. F&B e-voucher from We Travel Together can be used.
