Overview

The high-end beverage menu includes a selection of fine Champagnes, wines and whiskies – plus classic French cocktails, accompanied by small bites & canapes from Poirot.

Designed by Bill Bensley, it is set inside one of the three upcycled train carriages (which also house Poirot French Brasserie) on an elevated vantage point overlooking Swan Lake.
